Yes. Upload your schedule as a CSV file, match your team members and shift times, and review the rotation before publishing it. There's no need to start from scratch.
What happens if nobody acknowledges an alert?
Rotaline follows the escalation policy you've set for that service. After your chosen timeout, it contacts the next person using push notifications, SMS, or a phone call until someone acknowledges.
Do you charge for SMS and phone calls?
SMS and phone alerts are included in Team and Business plans under fair use. If your team needs unusually high volumes, we'll work with you on capacity and pricing before any additional charges.
Can contractors or people outside my company be on a rotation?
Absolutely. Invite them by email and add them to the right rotation. Anyone with an on-call role counts as a user on your plan, regardless of their email domain.
How does the free trial work?
