Yes. Upload your schedule as a CSV file, map the names and dates, and preview your rotation before importing it. You can adjust any shift after the import.
What happens if nobody acknowledges an alert?
Rotaline follows your escalation policy, trying the next notification method or person after your chosen timeout. You can repeat the escalation until someone acknowledges the alert.
Do you charge for SMS and phone calls?
Standard SMS and phone alerts are included in Team and Business, with no separate per-alert fees. Push and email alerts are included on every plan.
Can contractors or people outside my company be on a rotation?
Yes. Invite them by email and add them to a rotation just like anyone else. On paid plans, each active person counts as a user.
How does the free trial work?
