What happens if nobody acknowledges an alert?
Rotaline follows your escalation policy, trying the next channel or person after the time you set. You can add a final team-wide notification so an unanswered alert stays visible.
Do you charge for SMS and phone calls?
SMS and phone alerts are included in Team and Business under fair-use limits. You'll see your usage in your workspace and be notified before any additional charges apply.
Can contractors or people outside my company be on a rotation?
Yes. Invite them by email and add them to a rotation just like anyone else. They count toward your plan's user total, and you control which services they can access.
