What happens if nobody acknowledges an alert?
Rotaline follows your escalation policy, moving to the next person and notification method after the timeout you set. Alerts keep escalating until someone acknowledges them.
Do you charge for SMS and phone calls?
SMS and phone alerts are included in Team and Business plans, subject to fair-use limits. We'll let you know before you reach a limit, so there are no surprise charges.
Can contractors or people outside my company be on a rotation?
Yes. Invite anyone by email, including contractors and external partners. Anyone on a rotation counts as a user on your plan.
