What happens if nobody acknowledges an alert?
Rotaline moves to the next step in your escalation policy after the timeout you set. It can notify a backup engineer or team lead by push notification, SMS or phone call, and repeat until someone acknowledges.
Do you charge for SMS and phone calls?
SMS and phone alerts are included in Team and Business, subject to fair-use limits. If your team approaches those limits, we'll contact you before any additional charges apply.
Can contractors or people outside my company be on a rotation?
Yes. Invite anyone by email and add them to the appropriate team and rotation. Contractors count as users on paid plans, just like other team members.
How does the free trial work?
