Getting your on-call in order should feel straightforward.

Yes. Export your spreadsheet as a CSV, then map your people, dates and shifts in Rotaline. You can review the imported schedule before making it live.
What happens if nobody acknowledges an alert?
Rotaline moves to the next step in your escalation policy after the timeout you set. It can notify your backup, call your team lead, or repeat the policy until someone acknowledges.
Do you charge for SMS and phone calls?
Team and Business include an allowance for SMS and phone alerts. Any usage beyond that allowance is shown in your billing settings, so you can review costs before enabling additional usage.
Can contractors or people outside my company be on a rotation?
Yes. Invite them by email and add them to a rotation just like anyone else. They count toward your plan's user total, and you control which services they can access.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days to try all the features of your chosen paid plan, with no credit card required. At the end, choose a paid plan or move to Free if your team fits its limits.
