How it works

  1. Connect your alerting tools with a webhook or one of 40 built-in integrations.

  2. Build a rotation and an escalation policy for each service.

  3. Hand off at the end of each shift; Rotaline reminds the outgoing person and notifies the incoming one.

Good questions.

A few things to know before your first rotation.

Can I import my existing schedule from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Export your spreadsheet as a CSV and import your people, shifts and time zones. You can review everything before publishing the rotation.

What happens if nobody acknowledges an alert?

Rotaline follows your escalation policy, trying the next channel or person after the delay you set. It keeps escalating until someone acknowledges the alert or the policy reaches its final step.

Do you charge for SMS and phone calls?

SMS and phone alerts are included in Team and Business under a fair-use policy, with no separate per-alert charge. We'll contact you before any unusually high usage needs a different arrangement.

Can contractors or people outside my company be on a rotation?

Yes. Invite anyone by email and include them in the rotations they need. Active members count toward your plan's user total, regardless of their email domain.

How does the free trial work?

Try a paid plan for 14 days without a credit card. At the end, choose a paid plan or use Free if your team fits its limits; you won't be charged automatically.
