Can I import my existing schedule from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload a CSV or paste straight from Google Sheets or Excel, and Rotaline maps the columns to people and shifts. You'll see a preview of the rotation before anything goes live.
What happens if nobody acknowledges an alert?
The escalation policy moves to its next step, for example the secondary on-call and then the team lead, by push, SMS and phone call. If every step is exhausted, the policy repeats and the alert is flagged in the next handoff note.
Do you charge for SMS and phone calls?
No. SMS and phone alerts are included in the Team and Business plans, with no per-message fees. A generous fair-use limit applies, and we'll contact you well before you get near it.
Can contractors or people outside my company be on a rotation?
Yes. Invite anyone by email as a guest. Guests count as users on your plan, and you choose exactly which rotations and services they can see.
How does the free trial work?
