Can I import my existing schedule from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload a CSV or paste rows from Google Sheets or Excel, and Rotaline maps names and dates onto a rotation. It flags gaps and double-bookings before you publish.
What happens if nobody acknowledges an alert?
The alert moves to the next step of your escalation policy, for example the secondary on-call and then the team lead, by push, SMS or phone call. If the last step goes unanswered, Rotaline repeats the policy and posts to your team channel.
Do you charge for SMS and phone calls?
No. SMS and phone alerts are included in the Team and Business plans at no extra cost. The Free plan sends push and email alerts.
Can contractors or people outside my company be on a rotation?
Yes. Invite anyone by email as a guest. Guests can join rotations, receive alerts and write handoff notes, but they only see the services you share with them. On paid plans, guests count as users.
