Can I import my existing schedule from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload a CSV or paste straight from Google Sheets or Excel, and Rotaline maps names, dates and time zones into a rotation you can review before publishing.
What happens if nobody acknowledges an alert?
The escalation policy moves to its next step, for example an SMS to the secondary and then a phone call to the team lead. You set the delay between steps, and every escalation is recorded in the next handoff note.
Do you charge for SMS and phone calls?
No. SMS and phone alerts are included in the Team and Business per-user price, with no per-message or per-minute fees.
Can contractors or people outside my company be on a rotation?
Yes. Invite anyone by email as a responder and limit them to the rotations they belong to. On paid plans they count as a regular user.
